The numbers behind a sold-out first year

Workplace Ninjas US has run one conference so far, and it sold out. Rather than describe it in adjectives, this page sets out what we measured, what attendees said afterwards, and where the money that made it possible came from and went.

The numbers

Our 2025 conference in figures

All figures below are from our inaugural conference, held December 9-10, 2025 in Dallas, Texas. They are the baseline we will measure the 2027 program against.

300 Attendees Practitioners who travelled to take part
60 Sessions Hours of technical content delivered
50 Speakers Community members who taught
14 Sponsors Organizations that funded the program
100% Sold out Capacity reached before the doors opened

Inclusion outcomes

What our inclusion programming produced

We schedule community sessions so that attending them costs nobody a technical session. These are the participation numbers that decision produced.

70+ Attendees at the Women in Tech panel
70+ Attendees at the Neurodiversity panel
12 Women speakers across the program
1:1 Speed mentoring meet-ups booked by attendees
What these numbers mean in practice. More than one in five people at the conference chose to be in the room for each inclusion panel. That only happens when the session is protected in the schedule rather than placed opposite a popular technical track. Read how we schedule these sessions.

Qualitative feedback

What attendees told us afterwards

Attendance numbers say people came. Feedback says whether it was worth their time. These comments come from attendee feedback collected after our 2025 conference.

I learned a lot and walked away with takeaways I can apply immediately to our endpoint environment.

Where the money comes from

Funding

Workplace Ninjas US Inc. is funded from two sources: conference registration fees paid by attendees, and sponsorship from organizations working in the modern workplace ecosystem. Fourteen sponsors supported the 2025 program.

We do not run advertising on this site, and we do not sell attendee data. Sponsors receive access only to leads that attendees have explicitly opted in to share.

Where the money goes

Reinvestment

Revenue funds the venue, the production, and the community programming built around the technical sessions. Nothing is paid out to owners or shareholders.

Two commitments carry a direct, deliberate cost:

  • Speaker travel and accommodation are reimbursed, so that presenting at our conference is not limited to people whose employers can fund the trip.
  • Speakers are recognized properly - in 2025 each received a personalized crystal plaque alongside a stay at the host hotel.

These are not perks. They are how we keep the speaker roster open to practitioners rather than to whoever has the largest travel budget.

2027

What we are measuring next

The 2027 conference runs for three days instead of two, in a larger venue, with more room for mentoring and community programming. We will publish the same figures afterwards so the two years can be compared directly.
