About Workplace Ninjas US

The newest chapter in the Workplace Ninjas community

Workplace Ninjas US launched as the newest chapter in the Workplace Ninjas community and immediately established a U.S. gathering point for practitioners who care deeply about endpoint management, security, and modern workplace outcomes.

What we do

Practical learning, expert access, and real community

Workplace Ninjas US is designed for people who want useful technical content and high-value conversations with the peers, speakers, and sponsors working through the same challenges.

Who we serve

IT pros, consultants, engineers, MVPs, security leaders, sponsors, and community members solving real workplace challenges.

What we run

An annual conference of cloud-native modern workplace, endpoint management, and security content, plus the mentoring and community programming around it. See what to expect.

Where we came from

The inaugural U.S. chapter of the Workplace Ninjas legacy, launched in Dallas in December 2025 and continuing in Scottsdale in January 2027.

Momentum

Inaugural event, major momentum

The first Workplace Ninjas US event proved the demand for a practical, community-first U.S. conference. A sold-out first year created immediate proof of demand, community fit, and sponsor confidence.

Scottsdale 2027 builds on that momentum with a new venue, more opportunities to connect, and the same focus on real-world endpoint, identity, security, and modern workplace content.
How the event is run

Who organizes it, and how it is funded

The organization. Workplace Ninjas US Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, EIN 33-2082744, with a mailing address at 122 Rosemary Road, Dedham, Massachusetts.

The people. The conference is delivered by an organizing team working with volunteers, speakers, and a sponsor steering committee drawn from the community itself.

The funding. Ticket sales and sponsorship are the only two sources of income, and both go into delivering the event — the venue, the production, and the community programming around the sessions.

Where it goes. Speakers were recognized with personalized crystal plaques and had travel and accommodations fully reimbursed, so presenting is not restricted to people whose employers can fund the trip.

Next chapter

Thank you, Dallas. Next stop: Scottsdale.
