Five ways to be part of Workplace Ninjas US

Whether you want to learn, teach, help run the conference, fund it, or simply stay informed, here is what each route involves and where it leads.

Route 01

Attend the conference

Workplace Ninjas US is heading to Scottsdale, Arizona. The endpoint management and security community comes back together January 11-13, 2027 at The Scott Resort & Spa for practical learning, meaningful connections, and standout experiences.

Registration offers a ticket-only option at $650 and two ticket-plus-hotel packages from $1,450, so you can book lodging with your ticket or separately.

Need to justify the trip? We publish a template letter you can adapt for your manager, covering what you will learn and bring back to the team. Download the template letter (Word document).
Route 02

Speak or share your expertise

Expect practical Microsoft, endpoint, identity, automation, security, and modern workplace content from experienced practitioners - and that roster is built from the community. If you run these systems in production, the community wants to hear from you.

First-time speakers are welcome. In 2025, speakers were recognized with personalized crystal plaques and had travel and accommodations fully reimbursed.

The call for speakers for each conference is announced on this site, on LinkedIn, and through the newsletter. Subscribe below so you hear when it opens.

Route 03

Volunteer with the community team

The conference is delivered by an organizing team working alongside volunteers from the community. Volunteers help with room hosting, speaker support, registration, and the community programming that runs around the technical sessions.

It is a good route in if you want to meet a lot of people quickly and become part of how the event actually runs.

Route 04

Sponsor the program

Partner with Workplace Ninjas US and connect with the modern workplace community. Sponsorship pays for the venue, the production, speaker travel reimbursement, and the community programming around the technical sessions.

Sponsors get direct access to a focused audience of practitioners in the expo hall, a place on the sponsor steering committee, and access to leads that attendees have explicitly opted in to share. Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels are available, along with limited a la carte opportunities.

Route 05

Stay informed — subscribing is free

Sessions, speakers, the call for speakers, mentoring sign-ups, and community programming are all announced through the newsletter and on LinkedIn. Subscribing costs nothing and is the simplest way to make sure you hear about the things you would want to be part of.
